At Avia Aide, our mission is to provide
compassionate, culturally informed, and participant-led disability support
services, inspired by our Christian faith.

We support individuals with physical and psychosocial
impairments; with a particular focus on young people and families; to live
lives of dignity, purpose, and connection. Guided by the love of Christ, we
walk alongside every person we serve, empowering them to grow in confidence,
independence, and community.

No, we are currently in the process of gaining NDIS registration via our first audit.

What does Avia Aide do?

Avia Aide is an unregistered NDIS provider offering personalised disability support services. We help people with physical and psychosocial impairments to live independently, connect with their community, and achieve their personal goals; all with compassion, care, and faith-led values.

What services does Avia Aide provide?

We offer a wide range of supports under both Core and Capacity Building categories, including:

Daily personal care

Support Coordination Level 1 & 2

Who can access our services?

If you have an approved NDIS plan and funding for any of the services we offer, you may be eligible. We work with people of all ages, but we have a particular strength in supporting younger participants thanks to our team’s background in early childhood education.

How do I start services with Avia Aide?

It's easy to get started:

  3. You'll receive a service agreement tailored to your supports,
  4. Once signed, we'll match you with a support worker or coordination to begin.

Can I change to Avia Aide from another provider?

Yes. You have choice and control over your supports. If you’d like to transition from another provider, we can help make the process smooth and respectful; without any disruption to your care.

Is Avia Aide a faith-based organisation?

Yes. Our work is deeply rooted in our Christian values of love, compassion, and dignity. While we are a faith-led organisation, we welcome and support people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and identities with the same level of care and respect.

Where do you provide services?

We are based in Townsville, Queensland, and provide services across North Queensland. We offer both in-person and remote (phone/video) support coordination when appropriate.
