At Avia Aide, our Core Supports help you with everyday tasks so you can live more independently and comfortably. These supports are designed to assist with essential daily activities, build routines, and connect you to your community; all while respecting your choices, culture, and pace.

Our Core Supports include:

Daily Personal Activities
Support with getting ready for the day, personal hygiene, mobility, and self-care tasks; including high-intensity support if required.

Assistance with Household Tasks
Help around the home with cleaning, laundry, dishwashing, and other essential chores to maintain a safe and healthy living space.

Shared Living and Supported Independent Living
Assistance with daily tasks in a shared environment, helping you build independence while receiving the support you need.

Meal Preparation and Delivery
Support with planning, preparing, or delivering meals that suit your preferences and dietary needs.

Community Participation
Access support to take part in community, social, and civic activities; whether that’s joining a local group, going out with friends, or attending events that matter to you.
